Ratna Manucha

Ratna wears many hats…educationist, writer and storyteller.

The Founder Principal of Little Flower School, a premier preparatory school of Dehradun, Ratna conducts workshops on Early Childhood Training for parents and teachers. She is a life member of The Association for Writers and Illustrators – India Chapter and has over 32 published books to her credit. Among the many publishers she has worked with, her stories have  also been published by National Book Trust and Children’s Book Trust and have found a wide readership in India and abroad.

She hosted the Western Music Section of All India Radio in Assam,Manipur and Nagaland.

She is an avid storyteller with a vivid imagination and conducts story telling sessions and workshops on the Art of Storytelling in collaboration with the National Book Trust.

She is a firm believer in the old saying that Books are a Man’s Best Friend and feels that the digital age has a major role to play in distancing today’s children from the printed word and hence is constantly striving to encourage the reading habit among her young wards.
